行為更易法（Behavioral Modulation）

Be-mod 是融合傳統心理學上的二大學習模式：古典制約（Classical conditioning）及操作制約（Operational conditioning）而成的學習方法。運作上主要分為增強（Reinforcement）及懲罰（Punishment）二方面，每個方面再細分為正向（Positive）及負向（Negative），共四部分。

同時，多個有名的社會服務計劃理念，均參照 Be-mod 設計小學生及中學生的成長活動，例如小學「成長的天空」活動及中學「共創成長路」活動，可見行為更易法在學生活動中頗具影響力。
